Would you like to support the Head of Study and Education Coordinator - and the whole set-up around students and teaching with both practical and administrative tasks? And can you engage in promoting the educational programs in Hirtshals?

We are looking for a proactive student assistant with an interest in administrative tasks a flair for producing various photo and video materials for SoMe to promote our education in Hirtshals.

The job
We need you for:

  • Making surveys, questionnaires, and organizing collected data.
  • Assisting with practical and administrative issues.
  • Maintain regular communication about the master’s programme “Sustainable Fisheries and Aquaculture” on social platforms.
  • Produce videos and pictures of the educational activities and student life at DTU Hirtshals Campus.
  • Help in planning our student activities, such as field trips, academic, and social events.
  • Keeping the educational building running by keeping it tidy and identifying and reporting the need for clean-up or maintenance.
  • Addressing various ad-hoc tasks as they arise.

Our expectations of you
You are independent with a ’can-do’ attitude and have no problem in reaching out if you have any questions or encounter challenges during your workday.

You have excellent English communication skills and a service minded attitude.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the multi-union collective agreement for the Organisations of Public Employees in Denmark (State) (OAO-S) and the trade union agreement for clerical staff etc. (HK/State).

Working Hours are on average 10 hours per week with occurring peak loads and can be organized flexibly in relation to you. 

The job is to be filled by December 1st, 2023, or as soon as possible.

The workplace is DTU Hirtshals Campus, and you will refer to Head of Study Peter V. Skov.
